All our hats are made-by-order and customised to fit your individual head shape. Felt hats are stiff to your head and the hat fillers, that are included in your order, can only adjust its fit slightly.

Overall there are different ways to wear a hat - it varies from person to person and is a question of comfort, styling and fit. 

Position yourself in front of a mirror. If you have long hair - leave it open or wear it how you normally would to get the right size.

Take a measuring tape and wrap it loosely, almost straight around your head and leave a finger’s width (1cm) above your ears and eyebrows - ask a friend for help to do it right. Please double check if you measured correctly.

The straight fit is the go-to for most of our customers - however if you want to wear your hat tilted, just wrap the measuring tape around your head at the angle you want your hat to sit in the end. If you compare the measurements of straight and tilted fit, the tilted is the larger one of both - so bear that in mind if you want to wear both styles.

Each hat we make is made by order – no stock and only limited availability.

Upon placing your hat order we will reach out to you requesting further details regarding customisation and hatsize – it’ll be custom made and tailored to fit your individual head size and shape. As soon as your order is confirmed we’ll send you a device via post mail to trace your head shape and further details will be send to you via email.

All of our felt hats are 100% rabbit fur felt ethically sourced in Europe - handmade in Mallorca.

If you don't wear your hat, rest it on the crown or hang it on a stand, hook or rack. Don't leave the hat in the car as it can overheat and deform. We recommend a hatbrush to wipe off dust and a sandpaper to rub out stains on felt hats.

Our felt hats are naturally water resistant but not 100% waterproof. It’s fine to wear them in the rain and snow but they shouldn’t get fully soaked. With a flat brim - rest it on the brim for a full day and put some books on top, if your hat has a turned up brim (cowboy hat) - let it dry resting on the crown.
